As a partner in two technology start-ups and the owner of delorenzo design, llc, Michael De Lorenzo, is responsible for the technological direction of two separate brands. One one hand he is pushing the envelope for what is possible and expected in the e-Government space, while helping to re-invigorate the desire, drive and direction of a traditional independent software vendor.

Specializing in the web application space, Michael has successfully applied his unique ability to blend sound software development and slick and usable  interface design to create unique solutions for clients of all sizes.  He’s spent most of his career working in the Microsoft/Windows stack, but has dabbled in some LAMP too.  He’s successfully re-written and deployed an enterprise web application using ASP.Net MVC (it was previous a ASP.Net Web-forms application).  More recently, he has since built a complete e-Government solution on an open-source stack using Ruby on Rails, MySQL and Apache running on Ubuntu Linux.

Michael currently lives and works in Northern New Jersey (after stops in Philadelphia and San Francisco) with his wife and two daughters.
